When I listened to the songs, I had to as my self, “Someone actually thought this was a good idea?!” span style=”font-style: italic;”Bill Ted/span as a musical really isn’t a far fetched idea, but if we’re talking semantics…they blew it. The Reaper didn’t appear in the first movie, and is the only mention of span style=”font-style: italic;”Bogus Journey/span here…and he raps apparently (circa – a 1991 prime time sitcom)…I’m just saying, let’s be consistent here, people. Where’s the hype? Here’s an excerpt from the website to better help you understand the true power of the material, “Other songs like Relax! and A Soldier’s Heart capture the style and feel of the 80’s perfectly and help set the show in that time frame.” No! Seriously. No George Carlin playing Rufus, no Circle K, no “69 Dudes!”…No Bill Ted, period. Woah. I met Keanu a few years ago, and all I said to him was “Station”. He laughed rather oddly, like teh noise you make when you step in a razor blade. A most excellent post!
