Bonnie “Prince” Billy is pretty much everybody’s favorite guy. He’s Drunkard’s favorite dude. Daytrotter’s all about him. And even Pitchfork is giving it up. Like I said, he’s pretty much everybody’s favorite guy. But, Idolator asks…shouldn’t Andrew WK be your favorite guy? I say yes. I’ve said it for years and I stand by my word. But, here’s where I suck. I was watching the performance of this song on TV, and and it pretty much went like this:
me: I’m not seeing andrew WK?!
friend: yeah, that’s not him……..unless he’s yuppie as shit nowadays
me: nope, he’s not, he’s Andrew f’n WK
See, as it goes, I don’t think that I’ve ever seen Andrew in anything but a pair of white jeans accompanied by the casual yet saucy white t-shirt. And where’s the long hair? Where’s my Andrew WK? I still wanna party hard…
