I'll pay attention next time I'm shopping around and maybe I'll come up with one. Funny, in the last (and unexpected, actually) little interview thing Jeff Excell name calls The Rentals. How on were you? Way on!

Honestly, both of their full-lengths (Friends of P and Seven More Minutes) are pretty good. I'd say Seven More Minutes is a little bit more mature as an album, though I still find myself listening to Friends of P at least once a week (and singing every word out loud, even at work).

The worst that I can say about them is that it takes Matt Sharp an interminably long time to get any new material out. If you do manage to get a hold of and listen to either one, let me know what you think.

Thanks John, I really appreciate your words! To be honest, I can probably count the number of Rentals songs I've heard on one hand, is there anything you'd recommend?

"...capture that moment in life when you realize that it’s alright to begin to reflect on the fun you’ve had, that moment you realize you’re some strange form of an adult - all the while knowing that there will be plenty of good times to still be had."

A pretty good review. The track sounds a lot like The Rentals to me, and I'd say that one sentence summation applies to much of their music as well.
