Cornerstone Promotion & Culture Bully are giving away not one, not two, but three fantastic Stevie Ray Vaughan prize pack, each including a recently released SRV DVD & CD! Interested? Three winners will receive the following:
(1) DVD copy of Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble’s Pride & Joy
(1) CD copy of Stevie Ray Vaughan & Friends’ Solos, Sessions & Encores
The contest open to US residents only (sorry international friends!) - to enter simply leave a note in the comments section - maybe a comment on why Saving Silverman is such an underrated movie (except by stoners) or whether or not Michael C. Hall is better in Showtime’s Dexter than he was in Six Feet Under (don’t forget to enter your email address, which won’t be shown publicly, so I can get in touch with you!). One person will be chosen at random & the contest ends Saturday, December 15, so…if you see this post on Sunday, December 16 and would like to enter…my friend, you are too late.

Amanda Peet and Amanda Detmer together? It doesn’t get any better than that!

saving silverman is alright, but a better movie steve zaun is in is That Thing You Do. Best soundtrack of any fictional 60’s rock band movie ever.

y’know, I never saw it because of Tom Hanks…it’s not that I don’t enjoy his acting or anything, I mean Forrest Gump is a good movie and all, but…when given a choice his movies don’t typically jump out at me. Might be something to check out down the road.

Both are great movie but in terms of over all hillariousness, Saving Silverman takes the cake….”Neil! I wanna party with you! I WANNA PARTY WITH YOU!”….still funny after all these years.

Saving Silverman? Sara Silverman? Que Cera Cera? Cerabellum? My brain hurts.
P.S. I’m entering this contest for my father, who is the biggest, hugest SRV fan in the history of the World Book Encyclopedia. No, really - he’s in there.
Well, he’s in mine. I wrote him in.

Saving Silverman is a GREAT movie for one reason and only one reason: Jack Black.
Everything else is just icing on the cake. Have you not seen Nacho Libre? It’s a fantastically crappy movie. Which makes it amazing.
