Culture Bully Approved: Crystal Antlers @ Triple Rock Social Club Tonight

Long Beach based buzz band Crystal Antlers will be bringing their highly regarded live show to the Triple Rock Social Club for a Culture Bully Approved show tonight. Their sprawling, jittery psychedelic pop music has garnered critical praise for their live shows and sets the table for what should be a great show. The band released a well received EP last year and last month released their excellent debut LP Tentacles, which saw them working with Mars Volta producer Lkie Owens. The tense and droning textures of their skuzzy garage rock have the potential to be explosive in the live setting. The band will be sharing the bill with the always amazing Minneapolis based hardcore band (and Stef Alexander project) Building Better Bombs and local rockers His Mischief, who have joined the band on their entire Midwestern tour. Doors are at 9:00 p.m. and tickets are $10.
