Is anyone else finding that the “One of These Heatwaves” link doesn’t quite work?

My list was probably a bit more conventional… but then I’m not as “well-travelled” as you, yet…

I don’t know why everyone is calling them mash-up’s like they are something new, we had blend tapes 15 or more years ago, that took other songs and blended them all together.. but mash-up..okay it’s in right now to sound jamaican

…by the way, thanks for the list; those DJ BC tracks are very nice.
I think DJ Earworm is worth hearing as well:

I’m partial to “The Night Of Kittin’s Messy Dream”.

Thanks for the list. I found some DJ’s I haven’t heard yet…and I agree - DJ BC rocks!
DJ Earworm’s “Stairway to Bootleg Heaven” should prolly be on the list, too.
A couple of skate videos using BC and Earworm mash-ups:

No DJ BC “Glassworks” album? With the Beastie Boys vs. Phillip Glass? I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I heard a better mash-up album in the last 3 years. Nothing out there does a better job to merge hip-hop with that classical sound. A complete merging of high and low brow.
