People in Kentucky are very proud and provincial about their bourbon, which they supplied to us in copious amounts. I woke up the next afternoon shirtless, underneath my floor tom, using a pedal board as my pillow, with a chipped tooth and a hole in the knee of my jeans which wasn’t previously there."
