Kanye West “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” Video (Feat. Zach Galifianakis & Will Oldham)

Submitted by Chris DeLine on July 26, 2007 – 10:00 amOne Comment

Yesterday the internet was abuzz surrounding a video which was featured on Kanye West’s website featuring Zach Galifianakis and Will Oldham. Billboard reports: “In the low-budget clip, which was filmed at Galifianakis’ North Carolina farm, the two men ride around on tractors, wade through crops and interact with a dance troupe of teenage girls. Galifianakis unveiled the video July 10 prior to Band Of Horses’ performance at New York’s Hiro Ballroom.’He saw me do stand up a few weeks ago here in Los Angeles, and we chatted after the show,’ Galifianakis recently told Impose Magazine. ‘He had seen me do these other music videos; I did one for Fiona Apple and I did one of my own where I sing an Anita Baker song. So he saw the Anita Baker one and asked me if I would come up with something.’” So pretty much, it sounds like every other Kanye West video ever made.
