Pelican are set to return to the Triple Rock Social Club on August 23. (Brooklyn Vegan)

Tori Amos will be returning to Minneapolis November 7. (Spinner)

“The album’s cameo appearances by Wendy & Lisa and Sheila E. are overt signals that this is supposed to be a new manifestation of the prodigal Prince, the one who had all the hits; that he’s going to spray us all down with his magical ejaculating guitar, just like the old days. And, you know, he might. He doesn’t this time, but he might yet; if this were his first album, it’d be really promising.” Douglas Wolk on Planet Earth’s 4.8/10 rating. (Pitchfork)

  • Jai Tillman says:

I would like to know the name of the CD that the band Everlast has the song “Saving Grace” on. I’m having a hard time tracking it down.

  • Chris DeLine says:

As it stands the song is currently available via download only. If you’re looking for it on an Everlast CD it will be available early in 2008 on his new album “Love, War and the Ghost of Whitey Ford”
