M.I.A. reveals /\/\ /\ Y /\ album cover, tracklist

With all the recent discussion surrounding M.I.A. feuding with reporters and insisting that Facebook and Google are pet projects of the CIA it’s not difficult to forget that one of Time’s most influential people is actually releasing a new album this year. Having already unveiled a controversial music video for “Born Free” in addition to the album’s lead single, “XXXO,” M.I.A. has now secured some more details surrounding the album including the entire tracklist and the record’s artwork. Accompanying the singer are Switch, Blaqstarr, Diplo, Rusko and Sleigh Bells’ Derek Miller who cover production duties on the record.
