Bands To Watch: ASG

Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina’s ASG bow down to whomever it is that may be the king(s) of rock these days, spouting influences along the likes of Queens of the Stone Age, Janes Addiction and In Flames. You say wild, I say yes. I am loving the snowballing boom of great deep south flavored un-stoner rock. What am I talking about? Taking it back to the days of Budgie…but that’s not entirely fair because I never much liked Budgie. How about sped up Kyuss? Naw, that’s not fair either. Pretty big shoes to fill. How about we stick with the band’s moto, “feelin’ good is good enough.” If that can’t help get your boots wet, heaven help.
