New Music from Final Fantasy
I’ve been sitting on the new track from Final Fantasy for some time now. In the most pleasant, skittish and adventurous way, master strings man Owen Pallett unites every aspect of the video game inspired name under which he creates his music. “Flare Gun” continues on a path of violin driven chamber-pop that was so beautifully captured in last year’s He Poos Clouds. Although not foreshadowed in this single the forthcoming album will also feature a collaboration with Zach Condon & friends (aka Beruit). Genius!
