Ocean & Streams just SLAYS me… as does Things Ain’t Like They Used To Be (that organ is amazing)

and i even love the hell outta Same Old Thing, even w/ that flute sample. reminds me of early Beck somewhat

Attack & Release is their best album for me…

previously it was Rubber Factory and The Big Come Up.

Magic Potion is easily my least favorite. Thickfreakness is fine, but would be just above Magic Potion.

I gave away one of those original copies of For Emma, Forever Ago on the site when it was originally released. Part of me wishes I kept it for myself.

I’m kind of surprised that there’s so much retrospective love for Attack and Release (elsewhere, also)… I kind of felt like that was the duo’s worst album.
