NOFX “They’ve Actually Gotten Worse” Audio Available

It seems as though every time I get the opportunity to see NOFX live something strange happens, or I’m out of town. In 2002 when the band was set to headline the Warped Tour with Bad Religion both of the band’s sets got rained out…subsequently I’ve never gone back to the tour when it passes through town. Fortunately, through all these years, I’ve had I Heard They Suck Live to satisfy any urge for live NOFX. Over a decade later, the band is releasing a follow up entitled They’ve Actually Gotten Worse. I think Fat Wreck Chords’ description of the album sums the release up nicely, “It’s their sloppiest, drunkest, funnest, best sounding recording ever with new versions of old songs.” I can’t wait!
The entire album was recorded over the course of three shows at Slims in San Fransisco and the first offering is “Lori Meyers” from the band’s 1994 release Punk in Drublic. Hard to believe that that thing is some thirteen years old, isn’t it?

Aww memories. I heard they suck live was one of my first “punk” albums. Thanks for posting and for having a killer blog.
It’s definitely one of my favorites…now if Rancid came out with a live album (though there are plenty of wonderful bootlegs out there), I’d be REALLY pumped!
Well brother nofx is coming to a city near you in 08′ with NUFAN>
That’s what I hear…Myth in the spring? I look forward to it!
