Incoming: Pharoahe Monch “Shine”

Pharoahe Monch just released the first cut from his forthcoming studio album, W.A.R. (We Are Renegades), entitled “Shine.” For those who remember back to one of 2007′s finest hip hop records, Monch’s Desire, “Shine” should sound quite familiar; the track features vocalist MeLa Machinko who added her lyrical flavor to a number of tracks from that record including one of my personal favorites: “Push.” W.A.R. is scheduled to see its release in September via W.A.R. Media in association with Duck Down Music.
