The band’s span style=”font-style: italic;”INRI EP/span successfully serves as a quick once over of the quartet’s image and sound, introducing drawn out vocals, crashing percussion and deep bass, all of which characterize the single’s sound.br /br /The EP also includes a rendition of David Bowie’s “Boys Keep Swinging” and a remix by Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ Nick Zinner which help develop the band as one with a broader tone, especially “Boys…” which touches on Bowie’s bouncier beat and lighter melody. Zinner’s remix adds what most mixes do, a slight touch-up from a different perspective, which coming from his background is something that TPTBUTET should take advantage of as it sounds fresher and sharper than the original. But far be it from me to mistake a 3-song EP for a revealing look at a band which has the possibility of developing into something unique.br /br /a onblur=”try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}” href=”http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1133/636/1600/2%20stars.3.jpg”img style=”cursor: pointer;” src=”http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1133/636/200/2%20stars.3.jpg” alt=”" border=”0″ //abr /br /a href=”http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=downloadufid=A3FAB9B76A67A09E”The Plot To Blow Up The Eiffel Tower “INRI”/a span style=”font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);”(mp3)/span (a href=”http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=downloadufid=A3FAB9B76A67A09E”alternate link/a)br /br /a href=”http://www.blowuptheeiffeltower.com/”The Plot To Blow Up The Eiffel Tower – Official Site/abr /a href=”http://www.myspace.com/theplottoblowuptheeiffeltower”The Plot To Blow Up The Eiffel Tower – MySpace Site/a span style=”font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);”(2 songs)/spanbr /br /a onblur=”try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}” href=”http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1133/636/1600/The%20Plot%20To%20Blow%20Up%20Eiffel%20Tower.jpg”img style=”margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;” src=”http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1133/636/320/The%20Plot%20To%20Blow%20Up%20Eiffel%20Tower.jpg” alt=”" border=”0″ //a
