The band was really on I thought. Probably the best of the 4 Sonic Youth shows I have seen.
GREAT show. Well worth the drive from Winnipeg to see them. The new songs hold up so well live along side the older ones.
Kudos to Awesome Color who opened the show. They really made it a double bill.
Smash it up, Mexico, and the Doctor made it even more memorable.
Incredible Show. Hats off to SY. They are truly better than ever.
Gotta love the two-beer cups at First Ave. Thanks for the RED STRIPE rounds Boyda! Thanks to the Mexican and Shane Macgowan’s little brother for the Tequila rounds!
