Sparta: New Single “Taking Back Control”

Though I’m not much of a video gamer, well, I don’t play them at all actually, I’ve been pretty happy with a recent change of pace with the selection in a variety of recent sports games. There was MLB teaming with Matador Records and most recently the NBA using a variety of excellent hip hop artists to score its game. On the hugely successful Madden 2007 things look to be similar as it includes Wolfmother, The Rapture and Sparta, heard here with the band’s new single, “Taking Back Control.” Seems I can’t let go of At The Drive-In, so in that regard Sparta always has a connection with me and will always be at least somewhat relevant.

Ahh someone else who still fondly remembers ATDI. What an awesome band, they are still in regular rotation on my ipod.
It still surprises me that EVERYONE knows who the Mars Volta is, but sparta is still so unknown! Thanks for this .. been lookin for it for a while!
