While many bands have addressed the method of streaming full albums or a select few tracks (or worse, clips of tracks) Spoon has been making individual tracks available from its upcoming Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga album over at Merge. Agreed that many acts have used the same method of pre-release delivery on MySpace, but Spoon is one of the highest exposure bands that I’ve seen do so in a while and I feel the group should be applauded for its efforts. Check out the band on its upcoming tour (including two Minneapolis dates – October 10 & 11!).
