Joey was the singer for The Ramones after moving from drums early on when they discovered he couldn't play them...he did play a bit of acoustic now and then, but not known as an axeman...also Pearl Jam has been known to bring up the original Cheetah Chrome to play Sonic Reducer as well with them... thanx for including Gov't Issue...one of the best 80s bands ...must've seen em a dozen times hey
