The Henry Rollins Show Season 2 Premiere

So, The Henry Rollins Show is back for a second season – and I’ve got to say that I’m fairly stoked. Though any future Rollins commentary is probably going to be predictable I nonetheless broke into the vaults and caught a glimpse at a few of the first episodes and they do not fail to entertain. I’ve got to say that the best parts are quickly becoming the “Letters From Henry” segments in which Rollins writes letters to those notorious in our daily lives. Last season’s break-out selection was Rollins’ note to Ann Coulture, where he invites her to become his “window washing, grocery buying, dinner cooking, obsequeence submissive concubine domestic.” This time around it’s even better with Henry placing himself in hilarious physical settings, all the while adding to the charm of his written voice.
In the first episode Henry talks with Marilyn Manson and Peaches makes her television debut. Something fantastic that was discovered last season was the online exclusives that correspond with the show – like an online exclusive performance, such as this – with Peaches.

Henry will also be appearing in LA later this month, the 24th-29th to be exact, at The Silent Movie Theater.

Peaches is such a joke. “Hmmmmm, I can’t write….and I can’t sing…..how can I make it big? Write about sex and strip my clothes….yeah, that’s the ticket.”
He’s brilliant. I wish I had this channel. Would hate to ever be on his bad side!!
