The Millionth Word CD Release Show @ Hexagon Bar

Submitted by Chris DeLine on October 23, 2008 – 1:11 pmNo Comment

The Millionth Word is pleased to announce that this Friday’s EP release at the Hexagon now boasts the talents of Twin Cities supergroup Crescent Moon is in Big Trouble. If you haven’t heard, CMIIBT is the product of a collaboration between instrumental band Big Trouble (not quite Heiruspecs) and vocalist Alexei ‘Crescent Moon’ Casselle (Kill the Vultures, Roma di Luna). Together they make an unexpected, utterly admirable noise, which would be called ‘blues’ if the word didn’t automatically conjure images Kid Johnny Lang or white-collar petty thieves.

Friday night’s free show will also feature The God Damn Doo Wop Band and Double Bird.
