The Illuminoids are back and they are killing with this new track. I cannot stand anything that Shiny Toy Guns have done…ever…well, with one exception, “Le Disko.” Remove the song’s average vocals however and slap some Marc Bolan down on the track – now, my friends, you’ve got yourself a beast. As I’ve come to understand, ToToM is obsessed with two bands: Nine Inch Nails and Queens of the Stone Age. There’s really nothing wrong with that as both bands are fantastic. It does create a slight issue however because both acts make for strange bedfellows in the wide world of mashups. All the same, between songs like this and many from his recent Nine Inch Nails set I think he’s doing a damn fine job.

Bootie is back, recapping on hyper speed this month as Adrien and The Mysterious D continue their fantastically successful world tour. This month’s highlights (from the tracks that haven’t been featured on the site before) are definitely Hi-brid’s track, Divide & Create’s Justice/Clash mash and this, a brilliant bootleg from one of my favorites – dj BC.
