After previously making a stop at the 400 Bar earlier this summer The National are set to return September 20th, this time around playing within the better sight lines and sounds of The Fine Line Music Cafe. (Pitchfork)

The Polyphonic Spree hit the town Tuesday night and the 23-member crew blew minds as they exhausted the crowd with their overwhelming stage show. “It was like a New Year’s party had ended, complete with confetti-covered floor; quirky optimists spilled out into the night, satisfied and full of hope.” (Spin)

LCD Soundsystem and Arcade Fire will be hitting the Roy Wilkins Auditorium on September 30th. (More Cowbell)

Aesop Rock will head to Minneapolis this fall in support of his forthcoming album None Shall Pass. With the exception of El-P and a few others this is set to be one of the best hip hop albums of the year. (Pitchfork)
