This is one of the most important songs on the band’s latest, Sky Blue Sky, which was released yesterday - and again I’m finding myself ever drawing closer to Wilco. Though in all fairness, you can’t deal the lyrics, “And if you’re strung out like a kite, or stung awake in the night - it’s alright to be frightened,” to someone in a deeply depressed state and expect them to not identify with your song.
